OUR COLLECTIONS

FAQ's

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Because our products are made in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

Are Bluvana products handmade?

Yes. Our products are small-batch and thoughtfully made with care and intention. Because of this, slight variations may occur and we see that as part of what makes each piece unique and human.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of our candles and bath & body products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days so we can assist you. We want you to love your Bluvana experience and are always happy to help if something isn’t right.

What ingredients do you use in your candles and body products?

We prioritize clean, high-quality ingredients and carefully selected fragrances designed for candles, home, and body use. Our products are thoughtfully made with wellness in mind, avoiding harsh or unnecessary additives whenever possible. Our candles are cruelty-free, non-toxic, lead-free, no plastics, paraben, phthalates or synthetic dyes and are made with a natural soy wax blend.

🕯 Candle Care

• ✂️ Trim Your Wick – Your candle arrives pre-trimmed. Before every
burn, trim the cotton wick to 1/4 inch to ensure a clean, even flame and reduce
soot.

• 🔥 First Burn Matters – Allow the candle to burn 3–4 hours on the
first use, or until the wax melts evenly to the edge of the vessel. This
prevents tunneling and ensures maximum scent throw.

• ⏳ Burn Time Limit – Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours
at a time. Extended burns can cause carbon buildup and wick “mushrooming.”

• 🪵 Keep Wax Pool Clean – Keep the melted wax free of wick trimmings,
matches, and debris to prevent flare-ups.

• 📍 Burn on a Stable Surface – Always place your candle on a level,
heat-resistant surface and keep away from drafts, fans, or open windows to
prevent uneven burning and soot.

• 🚫 Never Leave Unattended – Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep away from children, pets, and anything that can catch fire.

• 🧯 Do Not Move While Lit – The vessel may become hot during use.
Allow it to cool completely before handling.

• 🛑 When to Stop Burning – Discontinue use when 1/4 inch of wax
remains at the bottom for safety.

• ♻️ Reuse Your Vessel – Once finished, clean and repurpose your
vessel for storage, decor, or creativity.

• 🎨 Color Changes – Some fragrance ingredients (such as citrus,
cinnamon, or vanillin) may naturally cause slight interior discoloration over
time.

🧊 Wax Melt Care

• 🔌 Use only in an approved wax melt warmer (we recommend 25 watts).

• 🧩 Add one piece at a time until the desired fill level is reached. Do not
overfill.

• 🚫 Do not pour hot wax down the sink.

• ❄️ Store wax melts in a cool, dry place.

• 🧻 To remove wax, allow it to cool slightly and gently push the wax out.
Dispose properly.

🌿 Room Spray Care & Safety

• 🌬 Shake Before Use – Gently shake to evenly distribute fragrance oils.

• 🪟 Air + Fabric Use – Spray into open air toward the center of the room. May also be lightly misted onto fabric surfaces to enhance longevity. Always test on an inconspicuous area first, especially near delicate fabrics, wood, leather, or painted surfaces.

• 👶 Keep Out of Reach – Keep away from children and pets.

• 👁 Avoid Contact – Avoid contact with eyes and skin. For external use only. Do not ingest.

• 🔥 Keep Away from Heat & Flame – Do not spray near open flame or heat sources.

• 🌡 Store Properly – Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
